 \, lumber\, building materials\, or anything similar to these i
 tems. This will be an online only auction ending on Thursd
 ay\, May 30th at 7:00PM. Preview items on Wednesday\, May 29th
  from 4-7PM and Thursday\, May 30th from 3-6PM. This is a fun
 draiser for the Clifford Ruritan Club! Commission Rates Are 
 as Follows: **ANY SINGLE ITEM $1\,500 OR HIGHER WILL HAVE NO 
 COMMISSION TO THE SELLER** Items Selling For Under $100 will
  have a 30% commission Items Selling For $100-499 will have 
 a 20% commission Items Selling for $500-1499 will have a 10%
