We're having a December Consignment auction at Huffman Trailer Sales, consign today!!! We're selling farm equipment, construction equipment, trucks, trailers, cars, motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, tools, mowers, outdoor power equipment, building materials, and much more!!! Drop off items any weekday between 8:30AM-4:30PM, Saturday, December 2nd & 9th from 8:30 until 1:00. The cutoff date to drop items off is at 4:00 on Tuesday, December 12th. To get maximum exposure of your items we can come to your place and take pictures of your items. Please call/text Josh (540-421-5007) to get your items added ASAP. This auction will have ONLINE BIDDING ONLY ending on Thursday, December 14th at 7PM with item pick-up on Friday, December 15th from 9AM-6PM and Saturday, December 16th from 9AM-Noon.
Terms and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 12:00 (Noon) ON 12/16//23 OR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles will be held until checks clear.
Auction Ends: Bidding will start to close at 7:00PM on Thursday, December 14th at a rate of 3 items per minute
Pickup: Pickup is Friday, December 15th from 9AM-6PM and Saturday, December 16th from 9AM-Noon. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Preview items on Wednesday or Thursday (Dec. 13th & 14th) from 9AM-5PM. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items. If a seller bids on their items they are treated as a buyer as well as a seller and commission plus buyers premium applies along with commission rates.

Allied Auctioneers, Huffman Trailer Sales, nor their employees, agents, helpers are not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Allied Auctioneers & Associates LLC., Huffman Trailer Sales, and their agents harmless regardless of opinion.
Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering for this auction you will be added to our email list for future marketing.
Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time. To minimize the chance of being affected by internet or software issues, please use the “Max Bid” feature.
