Auction Preview: Wednesday, Oct. 22nd from 9AM-4PM, Thursday, Oct. 23rd from Noon-7PM, and Friday, Oct. 24th from 9-4

Item Pickup: Wednesday, Oct. 29th from Noon-6PM, Thursday, Oct. 30th from 9AM-5PM, and Friday, Oct. 31st from 9AM-4:00PM

 

Terms and Conditions:

A $100 "hold" will be placed on the credit/debit card used to register for this auction. This is not a charge but is for verification purposes and should be removed from your card within 72 hours after registering. 

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia sales tax of 5.3% will be charged to all purchases unless the buyer provides a tax exempt form.

Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 4:00 ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31ST OR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards may be charged for the full invoice amount. Items left at the auction location are will be deemed abandoned and returned to the executor of the estate. Titles (if applicable) may be held until the buyer's check clears our bank. Non-payments (bad checks, credit card disputes, etc.) will be turned over to the Rockingham County Sheriff's Dept. and pursued with legal action. The buyer will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and any other fee incurred.

Merchandise: All Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. Descriptions will be as accurate as possible using the information given by the seller and our own findings; we urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles (if applicable) are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". Ownership of items is considered transferred to the winning bidder at the conclusion of the bidding on each item. If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.

By placing a bid, you agree to hold Allied Auctioneers & Associates LLC., and their agents harmless regardless of opinion.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or theirself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering to bid on this auction you will be added to our email list and will receive future marketing. You will have the option to remove yourself from this list if you so choose.

Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time. To minimize the chance of being affected by internet or software issues, please use the “Max Bid” feature.
