We're having a March Consignment auction at Huffman Trailer Sales, consign today!!! We're selling farm equipment, construction equipment, trucks, trailers, cars, motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, tools, mowers, outdoor power equipment, building materials, and much more!!! This auction will have ONLINE BIDDING ONLY ending on Thursday, March 26th at 7PM

Auction Location: 4124 N. Valley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802

Drop of dates: 9:00 AM-4:30PM every weekday from March 2nd through March 20th (no Sundays). Saturday drop off dates are March 14th and 21st from 9:00 until Noon. Earlier dates are available by appointment.

Preview: Inspection time is on Wednesday and Thursday, March 25th and 26th, from 9:00AM - 5:00PM or during our normal business hours after the item is on our premises. 

Auction closes: Thursday, March 26th at 7PM

Pickup Items: Friday, March 27th from 9AM- 5:00PM and Saturday, March 28th from 9AM-Noon.

Terms and Conditions:

Auction Location: 4124 N. Valley Pike, Harrisonburg, VA 22802 (Huffman Trailer Sales)

Auction Ends: Bidding will start to close at 7:00PM on Thursday, March 26th. If any item receives a bid in the last 60 seconds bidding on that item will be open for an additional 60 seconds until no more bids are placed.

Pickup: Pickup is Friday, March 27th from 9AM-5:00PM and Saturday, March, 28th from 9AM-Noon. Please do not bid if you cannot pick up your items on those days. A $25.00 per day, per buyer, fee will be charged on any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time.

Preview: Inspection time is on Wednesday and Thursday, March 26th and 27th, from 9:00AM - 5:00PM or during our normal business hours after the item is on our premises. 

Registration: A $100 authorization "hold" will be placed on the card you used when registering to bid. This "hold" typically disappears within 72 hours but is regulated by your card holder.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled items) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.

Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 12:00 (Noon) ON 3/28/26 OR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles may be held until checks clear our bank (usually 5-10 days). A $25.00 per day, per buyer, fee will be charged on any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time. Non-payments (bad checks, credit card disputes, etc.) will be turned over to the Rockingham County Sheriff's Dept. and pursued with legal action. The buyer will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and any other fees incurred.


Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.

Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items. If a seller or seller's agent bids on their items they will be treated as a buyer as well as a seller meaning commission plus buyers premium will be charged to the seller.

Allied Auctioneers, Huffman Trailer Sales, nor their employees, agents, helpers are not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Allied Auctioneers & Associates LLC., Huffman Trailer Sales, and their agents harmless regardless of opinion.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or their self. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering for this auction you will be added to our email list for future marketing.

Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time. To minimize the chance of being affected by internet or software issues, please use the “Max Bid” feature.
