We're selling pallet racking, shelving, and more from a 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Harrisonburg. We have 16' tall racking, 7' tall racking, shelving, and a lot of racking accessories. We will try to disassemble as much racking as possible; the description will say disassembly required if it has not been taken apart.

Preview: Tuesday, March 31st from Noon-6:00PM and Wednesday, April 1st from 9:00AM-4:00PM
Auction closes: Wednesday, April 1st starting at 7:00PM at a rate of 2 items per minute. This will be a soft close meaning if any item gets a bid in the last 60 seconds the count-down clock will reset to 60 seconds until there are no more bids placed.
Pickup Items: Pickup times will be scheduled through a scheduling site after completion of the auction. Pickup times will be Thursday, April 2nd, from 2:00PM-6:00PM, Friday, April 3rd from 9:00AM-4:00PM, Saturday, April 4th from 9:00AM-3:00, and Monday - Friday, April 6th-10th from 9:00AM-4:00PM. Please allow time for disassembly if your items(s) require it.
The card you register with will have a $100 authorization hold placed on it. This is not a charge and typically disappears from your card within 72 hours.

Please bring the necessary tools (sockets, wrenches, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.) and help to take down the items you win.
Registration: You will need to register to bid on our auction bidding site to participate in the auction. For information on how to do this please read the description of item/lot number 3 (How to Bid) in the catalog. The card you register with will have a $100 authorization hold placed on it. This is not a charge and typically disappears from your card within 72 hours.
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled items) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 4:00PM ON APRIL10TH OR YOUR CARD MAY BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards may be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles (if applicable) may be held until checks clear our bank (usually 5-10 days). A $25.00 per day, per buyer, fee will be charged on any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time. Non-payments (bad checks, credit card disputes, etc.) will be turned over to the Rockingham County Sheriff's Dept. and pursued with legal action. The buyer will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and any other fees incurred.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer, Clerk, and/or bidding platform is final.

By placing a bid, you agree to hold Allied Auctioneers & Associates LLC. and their agents harmless regardless of opinion. If you buy pallet racking that requires disassembly working higher than you can reach from the ground you will required to sign a Release and Waiver of Liability (please see the document under the documents tab of item #2).
Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or their self. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering for this auction you will be added to our email list for future marketing.
Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time. To minimize the chance of being affected by internet or software issues, please use the “Max Bid” feature.
