Drop of dates: 9:00 AM-4:30PM every weekday from July 27th through August 22nd (no Sundays). Saturday drop off dates are August 1st and 8th from 9:00 until Noon. Earlier dates may be available by appointment.
Preview: Inspection time is on Wednesday and Thursday, August 26th and 27th, from 9:00AM - 5:00PM or during our normal business hours after the item is on our premises.
Auction closes: Thursday, August 27th at 7PM
Pickup Items: Friday, August 28th from 9AM- 5:00PM and Saturday, August 29th from 9AM-Noon.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, VEHICLES WITHOUT TITLES, AND SCRAP METAL. OTHER ITEMS MAY BE REJECTED AT OUR DISCRETION.
Commission Rates Are as Follows:
**ANY SINGLE ITEM SELLING $5000 OR HIGHER WILL HAVE NO COMMISSION TO THE SELLER**
Items selling for $1500-4999 will have a 10% commission
Items Selling for $1000-1499 will have a 15% commission
Items Selling for $500-999 will have a 20% commission
Items Selling for $200-499 will have a 25% commission
Items Selling for $50-$199 will have a 30% commission
Items Selling for Under $50 will have a 50% commission
Items With Reserve: No reserve will be allowed on any item for less than $500!

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled items) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit/Debit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 12:00 (Noon) ON 7/27/26 OR YOUR CARD MAY BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards may be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles may be held until checks clear our bank (usually 5-10 days). A $25.00 per day, per buyer, fee may be charged on any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time. Non-payments (bad checks, credit card disputes, etc.) will be turned over to the Augusta County Sheriff's Dept. and pursued with legal action. The buyer will be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, loss and/or damages to the auction company/auctioneer, and any other fees incurred.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. Title and possession transfer at the conclusion of the bidding and the winner is deemed.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items. If a seller or seller's agent bids on their items they will be treated as a buyer as well as a seller meaning commission plus buyers premium will be charged to the seller.
Liability: View and bid at your own risk. Allied Auctioneers nor their employees, agents, helpers are not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. By placing a bid, you agree to hold Allied Auctioneers & Associates, and their agents harmless regardless of opinion.
Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or their self. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering for this auction you will be added to our email list for future marketing.
Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time. To minimize the chance of being affected by internet or software issues, please use the “Max Bid” feature.
