The preview will be on Wednesday, August 23rd from 3-7PM, the auction closes on Thursday, August 24th at 7:00PM, pick up items on Friday, August 25th from 2-7PM and Saturday, August 26th from 9-Noon.

Terms for the auction:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid, five percent (5%) will be added for credit card processing. Virginia sales tax will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form or if it is a titled item.

Firearms Background Check: All firearms will require a background check and completion of the Federal Firearms License paperwork. This paperwork will be done by Liberty Arms at 1854 E Market St Unit #104, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Buyers must come to the auction location to pay for your firearms and take your paid receipt to Liberty Arms to pick up your gun/s. Liberty Arms will charge a $35.00 fee per gun to complete the paperwork.

Payment: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Business Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer are approved methods of payment. If you choose to pay your invoice online our platform will charge the card on file. If you’d like to save the 5% fee for credit cards, you can pay when you pick up your items. If you pay for a titled vehicle with a check, we will hold the title until your check clears our bank. A credit card is required to register for online bidding. A $100 “hold” will be placed on your card and that hold will typically be released within 72 hours after registering depending on your card holder’s regulations. All items must be paid for before any items are removed from the auction site unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site on the scheduled removal days. PLEASE BRING HELP, BOXES, AND TOOLS NECESSARY TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS IN A SAFE MANOR. Buyers must come to the auction location to pay for your firearms and take your paid receipt to Liberty Arms to pick up your gun/s. Any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick up time will become property of the auction company unless arrangements have been previously made. Removal days for this auction will be by appointment on Friday, August 25th from 2-7PM and Saturday, August 26th from 9-Noon.

Merchandise: All Items are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Preview will be on Wednesday, August 23rd from 3-7PM. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states “no title”. If paying by check (if applicable), titles may be held until check clears. You must be 18 years old, a resident of Virginia, and not convicted of a felon to purchase the rifles. You must be 21 years old, a resident of Virginia, and not a convicted felon to purchase the pistol.

Bidding: All bidding will be done online only. All bidders must register and place bids online. The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept online will be the official record. Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time or reschedule the closing of the auction.
