2026 Naming Rights Gala
Naming Rights Information:
The purpose of the RCFA Naming Rights Program is to provide organizations and businesses an opportunity to be recognized as a significant partner of the Rockingham County Fair Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Funds raised with this program will help maintain and renovate Fairgrounds facilities. The Naming Rights Program has significant marketing value. The Fairgrounds attracts more than 225,000 guests annually and hosts the largest event in the Shenandoah Valley – the Rockingham County Fair. Successful bidders will also be able to showcase their business or organization at the 85+ events taking place on the Fairgrounds each year. This will be achieved through signage, logo placement, inclusion in brochures, advertisements, and other mutually agreed-upon placements to increase your organization’s public awareness. Businesses or organizations or individuals desiring to name a Fairgrounds building should contact the Rockingham County Fair's office at 540-434-0005. Opportunities include: Exhibit Hall, Steer Barn, and along with road ways.

Menu - Beef Medallions, Tuscan Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Baked Apples, Chocolate Mousse Cups, and Lemon Bars
Two Alcoholic Tickets with each ticket
Additional alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
Individual tickets - $100.00
Tables (10 people) - $1000.00
Auction will include buildings and streets that can be named.
Silent Auction will also take place.
We will invoice you for your tickets. Credit Card Payment can be made over the phone.
This is a live auction with no online bidding. There is no buyer's premium. Please come join us in person to preview the items before the auction begins and to get a bidders number.
