We're conducting an online auction to settle the estate of Steve Biller and Judy Hoover. Items include 2005 Ford F150 (89k miles), 2021 Subaru, 30+ guns, ammo, generator, like new snow blower, Bad Boy zero turn mower, high quality furniture, and more. The preview will be on Wednesday, August 23rd from 3-7PM, the auction closes on Thursday, August 24th at 7:00PM, pick up items on Friday, August 25th from 2-7PM and Saturday, August 26th from 9-Noon.

The Rockingham County 4-H & FFA Livestock Show & Sale takes place each year during the Rockingham County Fair. From this site you can watch the live auction, bid on the kid's animals, and keep up with the sale all evening. You can register to bid at any time but the sale order will not be posted until the week of the fair and won't be finalized until the day of the auction. Next sale will immediately follow the preceding sale without delay.   This is a terminal sale and all animals are intended for slaughter. If buyers take animals home it is at their own risk. Haul out of animals will occur one-half hour following the end of the sale. All livestock must be moved from the Fairgrounds by 8:00 a.m., Saturday, August 19th . You must make your hauling, slaughter, and custom kill arrangements prior to the sale. Slaughter and Processing Facilities Since COVID-19 there has been a high demand for local processed meat, and many of our local processors are booked a year in advance. You may have to consider Flooring more animals than normal or taking the animals home with you and feeding them out to finish for slaughter at a later time. Due to this high demand of local processed market animals this year, you MUST make an appointment with a Slaughter/Processing facility or have your own arrangements made BEFORE THE FAIR/SALE. All items will be sold via online only auction ending on August 10th at 7:00PM. The preview will be on Wednesday evening, August 9th, from 4-7PM, pick up items on Friday, August 11th, from 3:00-7:00PM unless other arrangements are made prior to the auction. Jim and Mary Ruleman are downsizing their farming operation and selling a few select pieces that are in very good to almost perfect condition.
